CHEMICAL DOSING PUMP APPLICATION
Swimming pools
Chemical Dosing Pump is used to maintain the pH value of water, chlorine and water quality in the swimming pools. Chemicals are kept in a separate dosing tank and are injected by the control system.
Textile Industry
Used in the process of chemical dyeing and treatment of the clothes.
Food Industry
To maintain food safety and to mix food components at the desired rate to protect human health.
Water Treatment
To maintain the water quality it is used in heating, cooling, and condensation of water. Dosing is done of biocides and inhibitors in cooling.
Agriculture
To add chemicals in the agricultural field to fight pesticides and insects. They are also used to dose fertilizers and other growth-inhibiting substances in agriculture.
Medicine
To inject the measured amount of the chemicals into the body and to keep the patient in a dizzy state. Alkalis and acids are dosed using the pumps for better pH control.
Power Station
They are used to inject the chemicals into the boiler and the feed water to make up the water pressure in very small quantities.
Building
They help in injecting the inhibitors in the pipe works and the components to prevent degradation or corrosion.

Installation & Operation
Fix the pump securely in a safe location away from sunlight, sources of heat and other dangerous environs, allowing for a maximum suction lift of 1 metre only.
Cut the supplied tubing into a 1 metre section and connect one of its ends to the suction of the pump and other to the foot value.
Ensure the suction tubing is held straight within the chemical storage tank.
Connect the rest of the required length of tubing to the discharge side of the pump head.
Connect the NRV in a vertical position in the required injection point
Position the discharge tube above the pump head in a safe direction
Plug in the mains chord of the pump to a single phase 230vAc, 5amp socket.
Wait for the pump to prime into the head.
As soon as the liquid starts to flow out of the tube turn off the pump promptly now connect the fully primed tube into the NRV.
Turn the pump on again and check for leaks in all areas.
Now finally adjust the speed buttons as per your dosing requirement.
